Medallus Medical has been serving Salt Lake City (Medallus.com) for over 17 years.  Now we are excited to bring convenient urgent care and primary care services to Elko and Spring Creek at affordable prices.   

 

You can access our clinics in 4 ways:

1. Use your health insurance for billing (we accept all insurance, including Medicare and Medicaid)

2. Pay all-inclusive cash price of $150 at the time of service

3. Join our clinic membership program and pay $10/visit 

4. Ask your employer to allow us to be your company's clinic so you can access our services for $10/visit  

 

Our clinic membership program is designed to reduce your out-of-pockets costs due to having no insurance or having insurance with high deductibles, as well as being an effective employee health benefit for your company.
